  • ✅ Correct auth header — ZAMP-KEY (Supply) or Authorization: Bearer (Demand)?
  • ✅ Reproduced in the Sandbox?
  • ✅ Checked Error Handling for your status code?

What to include

To get a fast, accurate answer, include:

  1. Side & environment — Demand or Supply; sandbox or production.
  2. Endpoint — the exact path you called.
  3. Request — headers and body, with secrets redacted.
  4. Response — status code and full body.
  5. Timestamp (with timezone) and any participant/project identifiers.

Never share API keys, bearer tokens, or respondent PII in a support request. Redact them first.
