What to include
To get a fast, accurate answer, include:
- Side & environment — Demand or Supply; sandbox or production.
- Endpoint — the exact path you called.
- Request — headers and body, with secrets redacted.
- Response — status code and full body.
- Timestamp (with timezone) and any participant/project identifiers.

Never share API keys, bearer tokens, or respondent PII in a support request. Redact them first.
